Zen Like a Panda

Shipping

Free standard post, tracked, anywhere in Australia.

What it costs

  • Standard post — freeTracked. Usually 3–7 business days once it's posted.
  • Express post — $3.00Tracked. Usually 1–3 business days once it's posted.

Standard post is free on every order, with no minimum spend, and it doesn't change if you order more than one box. The $3.00 express upgrade is one flat charge per order too. You choose between the two at checkout, and the price is shown there before you pay.

Where we post

Australia only. We don't post overseas at the moment.

When it leaves us

We pack and post from Sydney within 1–2 business days of your order. Business days are Monday to Friday, not counting NSW public holidays — an order placed on a Saturday is posted early the following week.

So the whole thing, order to letterbox, is usually 2–9 business days on standard post and 2–5 on express.

Delivery times are estimates

Once a parcel is with Australia Post, how fast it moves is out of our hands. The windows above are Australia Post's own guidance and they hold most of the time, but regional and remote addresses can run longer, and December is slower for everyone. If your parcel is taking longer than it should, email us — we'd rather hear about it early.

Tracking

Every order is tracked, standard and express alike. We email you the tracking number when your box ships, so you can follow it on the Australia Post site.

If a parcel goes missing or arrives damaged

Tell us and we'll sort it out. Email [email protected] with your order number, and a photo if something arrived damaged.

Chasing Australia Post is our job, not yours. We'll lodge the enquiry, and you'll get a replacement or a refund — you don't pay postage either way, and you don't have to wait for the investigation to finish before we make it right. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply here in full; see our returns page.

Wrong address?

Email us as soon as you spot it. If the box hasn't been posted yet we'll simply fix it. Once it's with Australia Post we can't redirect it, so we'd be waiting for it to come back to us before we can re-send.
